Position: UiPath Automation Engineer

Job Description: Deaconess Health System is looking to build out their UiPath Automation Engineer team. They are seeking two individuals to join their team - one high level resource and to be a team lead as well as a lower-level automation engineer. This position will involve using UiPath technology to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve operational performance within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop workflows, sequences, and business logic using UiPath Studio to meet specific automation requirements.
- Design, develop, and deploy UiPath RPA bots to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks within hospital operations
- Perform integration of UiPath bots with hospital systems (e.g., Electronic Health Records (EHR), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), billing systems).
- Conduct RPA testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure accurate and efficient automation.
- 3+ years of experience working with UiPath or other RPA platforms, with a proven track record of delivering automation projects.
- Experience in the healthcare or hospital system environment is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with RPA development, process mapping, workflow design, and debugging.
- Familiarity with integrating RPA bots with healthcare systems such as EHR, HIS, PACS, and billing systems.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for custom automation solutions.
- Knowledge of process mining and process discovery tools (e.g., UiPath Process Mining) is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare IT, or a related field.
- UiPath experience needed
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, UiPath Advanced RPA Developer) are preferred.
